What's collected

Depending on how you get in touch, this can include your name, email address, phone number, country/location, tattoo idea and placement details, reference images, and photos of the area you want tattooed.

Why

To respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to plan and deliver your tattoo session — reviewing your idea, arranging a consultation, and handling booking and deposit details. If you tick the separate marketing checkbox on the booking form, your email is also used to send occasional updates about guest spots, travel dates, flash releases and conventions. That's optional and separate from the booking process itself — leaving it unticked doesn't affect your enquiry.

How it's used

Booking enquiries and applications are emailed directly to the studio inbox for review — there's no separate marketing database wired up yet, so nothing you submit is shared beyond that. Reference images and body-area photos are used only to assess your project and are not published or shared without your permission.

Your choices

Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also ask at any time — by emailing studio@scottymassa.com — to see what's held about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted.

Age & ID

Tattoo bookings require clients to confirm they are 18 or over and to bring valid photo ID to their appointment — confirmed at application and checked again on the day.
